HORRIBLE. This daycare is claiming to be one of the best ones in Dekalb. Audrey the director is VERY rude. The teachers are wonderful but they are VERY careless. Ive walked in numerous of times and the teachers are letting the boys fight each other. Ive addressed a parent letting her know another child was smacking her son numerous of times and I had to grab her son while the teacher was across the room having a conversation not paying any attention to the kids. Ive made a DCFS report before and they continuously have DCFS coming into their daycare. Ive received phone calls from DCFS wanting to speak to my child at the center regarding how she is there. They are not letting the parents know the events that are taking place. I also have pictures of my daughter coming home with marks on her eyes, nose and arms. When I asked the teacher what happened her response is always I do not know, she was not in my classroom. The daycare looks wonderful but overall I would not trust leaving my child in that daycare ever again. I removed my daughter from the daycare recently without notice for the safety of my daughter and Audrey called me and was very disrespectful and it was very disturbing how she was so upset that I removed my daughter from her center. Theres numerous of DCFS reports from parents in that daycare they are not making us aware of. Please do your research before choosing this provider!!!As of 9/27/19 Im still getting calls regarding this daycare.They do not watch the children!! Another incident happened with kids fighting and Audrey couldnt control the situation so she started crying. UNFIT DIRECTOR Audrey is a VERY careless director and the teachers DO NOT pay attention.THIS IS THE FIRST, THE ONLY AND THE LAST DAYCARE MY DAUGHTER HAS EVER GONE TO IN DEKALB AND SHE WILL NEVER GO BACK! Since my daughter left she receives THE BEST EDUCATION AND I truly see a difference. Audrey is ignorant just look at her responses to concerned parents. All her comments below is a lie. This was the first and last daycare my daughter ever went to in dekalb . She has no proof she ever spoke to any other daycare because my daughter never attended any other daycare in dekalb. I called DCFS once after she told me they lost my daughter birth certificate. 5 years later I see they are still getting the same reviews from others. I see no lies told from me. If you love your babies do not send them here.

Staff very unorganized , rude teachers & the facts they just kick kids out over incidents they caused is ridiculous

This place is disgusting. I interviewed here and got the job immediately because they were desperate. Theres a dude there working there who looks sketchy who I wouldnt trust around my kids, all the management look scummy and the basement smells like mildew. They look like they probably dont follow protocol. This place gives me bad vibes and my gut said dont take the job. Id never send my kid here.

Would not recommend it my kids been missing three of his hoodies and his blanket and when I would confront them about it they called the cops and gave me a trespass and they ended up finding all his missing stuff after saying it wasnt their.

We finally got our daughters blanket after this daycare kept refusing to give us our things called the police on my fiance for trespass just because we kept asking for our daughters things they would not return to us. Then they lied to the police saying everybody in that building did NOT see my daughters blanket well luckily ONE OF THE DAY CARE WORKERS saw my daughters blanket laying on cot because they gave my child's blanket to someone else. This place deserves to be SHUT DOWN COMPLETELY the lack of respect to the parents to ALL parents. We should have called the police when they refused to give us OUR CHILDS THINGS..thank you to the only reliable trustworthy worker In that daycare. YES ONE PERSON. DO NOT EVER LIE ABOUT MY CHILDS THINGS AGAIN. NEVER LIE TO THE POLICE AGAIN WHEN YOU KNOW IT WAS THERE
