Pro tip: Never be in a rush to write a review. Only time will tell whether work was done right. That said, I highly recomend Bill White's Car Hospital. They find and repair mechanical issues that other shops simply cannot. Last year I took my 20-y.o. sedan to them for a wheel alignment, which they performed well above established standards. Worth. Every. Penny. The new tires I had recently acquired showed little to no wear after 10,000 miles! I took the car back to the shop that installed the tires for their fist rotation.The mechanic was amazed at their pristine condition, having been driven > 70 miles/ day for almost a half-year. Use Bill White for wheel alignments. You have been advised.

Bill's a good guy but for some reason Joy on the phone can't seem to give a quote over the phone because that just goes against their policy which just means you're going to pay out the you know what because they would like to give you a 15 minute inspection so they can tell you everything that's wrong with your car so they can try to get as much money out of you as possible because their professional experience and the knowledge that you're paying for because nowhere else can do is quality of a job as they do. They also offer $25 off if you give them a five-star rating online. That's why the reviews are so high, because you spend so much, $25 is worth the fake review. Just letting you know

While it is true that we avoid phone quotes, it is not to get all we can out of you. It's because it's the only way to truly give an accurate quote. Isn't that what you would want? You wouldn't want a cheap quote just to get you in and then it changes. What is not true is that we pay for reviews. Nowhere is that stated and it is strictly against Google policy.

I had to come in for a new sway bar. They got me in on the same day (im.a college kid from out of town). I arrived at 230 and was out the door fixed at 3 50. They did an excellent job fixing my car and no problems since. The final cost was $587 which i personally think is a little high and hurt me financially considering my uncle at home said a kit is about 150 and avwrage labor is 150. But its hard to find decent people these days so I guess paying a premium for honesty and professionalism is not uncommon. Overall they are professional and do the job fast. I had no issues with them besides that I personally felt the price was a little steep. But hey they didnt force me to get the job done from them and i didnt ask other shops so thats kind of on me. Overall a good quality place that will get you in and out quickly.

We are happy to hear you were thrilled with the service. As for the price, there is probably a kit available on Amazon or a low quality one from some store, but that is not what we use. Had you gone to the dealer, the bar, links and bushings are $343.43 with a one year warranty. Ours was $234.58 with a 3 year warranty. As for labor, I have no idea where your uncle lives or what the labor rates are in his area. In this area, the average labor rate is per hour what your uncle stated would be for the entire job. As per your review, you were here almost two hours and your car was being worked on the entire time. In addition there are taxes which would be in addition to the repairs at any location.
