        Staff really tries hard to please customers while typcial bank paperwork and a bad ATM slow things down for customers. Online banking is the worst, though. Not like Chase Bank's. They require you to change your password every month and it's a real hassle to be within their strict protocol for a long, unmemorable password. They refuse to let the customer decide for themselves when to update their password. So online bank is S L O W. Prior, I used the same password for years at BMO without a single issue. Seems that their 2-step verify online ought to negate the need to have to change your password every month.
