We hired Lucas Landscaping and Design to install sod and pavers for our backyard and front yard garden. Lucas and his team did EXCELLENT JOB. Very professional. High quality work and did the job quickly and cleaned up extremely well. Price was right and they kept me informed at every step. I very much recommend this company. This was the second time we used this service. The first time there were no problems. The second time, we had to wait over a month after signing the contract before the work was done. Then when the workers came, they did not understand the work order. I had to argue with the foreman about what the work order said (he tried to do far less than the contract specified). He said "I have to talk to my boss." (Guess what, the boss agreed with me on what was contracted!). Very disrespectful. We also paid for all the removed limbs to be chopped/removed from the property. The crew only chopped 10% of the limbs and left the rest sitting on my front lawn. I called the office next day, was promised the crew would come back out to remove the rest of the limbs as I'd already paid for them to do. Days went by....never happened. No response to emails or messages from the office. I made the mistake of paying the invoice too quickly, before the work was completed. I will see if my bank can claw back some of the payment until all these limbs are removed from my front yard. The Village of Arlington Heights will fine me for unremoved debris since they've been sitting here for 5+ days now. Never again! I'll go back to using Sunrise Tree Care from now on. I had some water issues in my backyard and needing some landscaping done in the front. Luke came out and made suggestions which we went with right away. When comparing the pricing, they are very competitive. Luke came out and finished putting a French drain and all planting in 2 days. Looks great. Team works hard. They come and do what you ask in a processional manner and leave. I will use them again and recommend them. Services: Tree planting, Tree transplanting
