Picked up order and was handed destroyed shirt with chemical burns and was told it was swet stains. Owner knew that she was responsible but would damage a customer relationship to save an insurance claim. Avoid, many better options.

Been with them for years. Followed them from Lake-Cook Road location. Never have had any issues and everyone is very friendly.

They are crooks.  I've been using them for over 15 years and all of a sudden Eunice sister in law starts working the front desk and prices have been hiked.  They charged me $52 for a straight line hem on two swim cover ups.  I will never use them or recommend​ them again.  Be aware of charges.

I have used this cleaners for two years. They are the best cleaners I have ever used. Not once have they made a mistake. My husband is very particular about how his clothes look. Everything comes back perfect. It's true I sometimes have trouble understanding the woman's English, but she has always understood me. I ask her to shorten blue jeans one inch and reattach the hem, they are exactly as I expect the first time. I've been to other cleaners that destroy buttons on dress shirts with no apologies. Not here. I appreciate that they recently retooled their entire plant (which is right on site) to use environmentally responsible processes. I don't feel I've given up anything in the way of service or quality to be environmentally responsible and not bring extra toxins into my home. They've won a loyal customer in me.
