Fabric and cautions are never fitting right.
To add to all this customer service is exceptionally rude. I tried addressing my concerns at the store I waited for customers to leave the sales rep did an excellent job at making us few little and unconcerned with out complaints. After a while of putting us down some people walked in & then he tried to play it off like its not them its us and couch is old.
Sure, bough it yr ago & before all the pieces trickled in we may be are using it for 9 months. Couch looks like garbage and love sac told us we can buy new cousins if we are not happy with current once.
Dont waste your money. The warranty used to sell us on the couch is not honored.
