We called J's on a Thursday. He came out Friday, did a detailed inspection of our well setup, gave me a preview of what we would need to do (and why), and said he would get back by Monday with an estimate. He called the next morning (Saturday) and went through the estimate in detail. Was out first thing that Monday and we had a new tank, pump, and all new piping by 4pm. The final cost did go over estimate, but not by much and he had noted this as a possibility from the beginning (he had to base it on a visual but had a hunch of other issues he wouldn't see until he started work). J and Kelly were very professional, patient, and even got all of the old piping/refuse bundled together and neatly placed out of the way. I highly recommend J to anyone having issues with your well system. Do note that his material costs for pumps and tanks is higher than what you can get at Mernards or Lowes, but the quality is indeed higher. He also services the warranties on all of the products he supplies.
