I would not recommend based on how the owner of the company spoke to me. For over a week I did not have hot water. His company was pulled in to do some work. I called and left messages for days with no return call. On the final day, I watched the employees leave my house on the Ring Camera. I called to see what was going on with the water heater, if it was fixed, and what exactly went wrong. The owner was short with me and continued speaking to people in the background. He told me he was talking to his staff about their schedule for the next day. I asked him if he would like to call me back when he had more time and he told me no and because I was not paying the bill, he did not need to disclose that information to me. I very kindly told him that he should be embarrassed on how he spoke to me. From the website, I have found they have been in business for over 70 years and are family owned. I am not sure if they are just not keeping up with the times, but word of mouth goes a long way. I have never spoken to a "professional" that left me feeling like he did after our phone call. I appreciate them getting my water heater fixed but I still have no idea what happened, what went wrong, what they replaced or why they replaced anything. Service: Water tank repair
