The quality of care provided by the therapists and doctors is fine. The problem is that you can expect to wait at least 3 months for an appointment if you even get one. Oh, and be sure you show up before they even open or you'll be turned away. This experience is based on having been coming here since 2017, so if you're a new patient, good luck because you're going to need it. The truly amazing thing is that when you come in, they plant the tree that will eventually become the paper they'll write your name on. Pulling your own teeth with your bare fingers is an easier and less frustrating process than even getting the most basic service here. Today alone I have sat in the waiting room for over three hours and that's actually a short visit. Unfortunately for those of us without much money they are virtually the only option. Prepare yourself to be without your medications for months at a time due to the sheer difficulty of getting a simple appointment with your prescriber; That absolutely will happen. Again, the services provided are good but don't count on getting them. UPDATE: 1/9/2024 Scheduled an appointment months ago with a specific doctor and was lied to multiple times about it, because I arrived today to find that they had never scheduled me with the doctor they kept telling me I was going to see, who is a specialist in certain needs I have. Only go here if you have no other choice, and if you do, you will have to be very aggressive with the administrators or you will be brushed aside.

Zero integrity and very unprofessional. Management doesnt care about anyone below them and have no idea what actually goes on with patient care. All they care about is filling beds without properlyy treating the clients. They will lie and will change your schedule without your knowledge. I wasted six month with them.
