        I had the supplies I needed for my upcoming surgery within 1 hour, from phone to pickup. The other medical supply in town wasted 3+ weeks and was still giving my doctors office a giant run around. Memorial staff went out of their way to help!

        Impossible to deal with. They rarely answer the phone when they do they are man and rude. They pretend not to hear your or understand what you are saying. Go ELSEWHERE. Im calling my insurance to see if they cover any other medical supply companies in town. Speaking with the manager just makes things worse. Totally Useless.

        This is the absolute worst place to deal with when it comes to getting medical equipment. They used to be in Decatur memorial hospital medical equipment and they were awesome but ever since they were bought out by memorial it is horrible. You talk to one person they tell you to call back on a certain date you do it then they still won't order anything for you for another week it is ridiculous dealing with this customer service idiots.
