Stopped in reference to a mistake in the size of nasal cushion quiltpt had mailed me. Jennifer took care of that problem and asked me a few questions. Found out I had the wrong size headgear also. Called her back with that information and she said she would put the order in. Easy for me. Now just wait for mail. Thanks Jennifer

Rude. No other way to describe this place. I went in to ask about cpap supplies, my doc sent my prescription there, they both seemed like I was bothering them with my question. I asked if they had replacement masks or if i can order one, they got defensive and told me that I need a prescription. Of course if they would have asked, I would have told them that they have it on file there, I confirmed it with them last week. I just turned around and walked out. I now understand why I was the only person there. I would highly recommend anywhere else but here for your medical supplies.

I have never dealt with such incompetence in my life. I do not know how this place stays in business! I would rather drive to Chicago and pick up supplies then deal with these people again!

I wish I could give a zero. The Dr office sent over the prescription 3+ weeks ago. When I followed up 7 days before, hadn't touched it. Down to 2 days before, still giving the doctors office the runaround. After too many phone calls, I told them I was going to Memorial supply. They didn't care. Memorial had my supplies within an hour. I won't return to Heckman!
