Terrible. Dont know how to answer a phone. And treats me like Im stupid because Im a first time mom and dont know what to expect from pregnancy. Very rude staff behind the counter. Love my OB Susan Lock though shes an angel.

Absolutely unacceptable customer care. Have been trying to get a hold of them for a week for test results. Reception can do nothing but send a message. Heaven forbid you miss their call because you have to work. PLEASE CREATE SOME SORT OF TEXTING, EMAIL OR PATIENT PORTAL SYSTEM. THIS IS RIDICULOUS

To say I'm underwhelmed with the quality of care from both providers and supporting staff is an understatement. This is not how a health care facility should be managed. This facility is responsible for the wellness of their patients regardless of severity, but my family member is in a critical state and being completely neglected time and time again. I am so disappointed, and I know the staff would want better for themselves and their loved ones. I'm asking y'all again, please please please, respond. to. our. calls.

This is the by far worst place you can go if you have any medical needs. They gaslight and withhold medication and make patients cold turkey important medications. They lose track of your information and take weeks on call backs for important medical labs. I unfortunately dont have insurance so I don't have any options but if you want real medical help and respect instead of abuse dont go here if you absolutely can avoid. Editing today 1/23/24 another refusal to my meds. They don't have my information correct and are telling me I have to wait for a nurse (who seems to hate me) to call me to tell me I haven't seen a doctor I was told I had to see in order to get my script for adhd meds. They are now telling me that because I haven't seen one other doctor who I was told couldn't prescribe those meds and refusing to fill my medications. I'll update every month if if I have to ill report patient abuse. Because that's what this is.

I got there before the closing time by almost an hr and was turned away they were closing so the receptionist said but I feel as if it was not wanting to be if help
