        10+ years ago Dr. Smith re-attatched a torn tendon on a finger with a 50cent Velcro splint... no surgery... looks and works great. Wait times were not unreasonable. I have a new issue today, so we'll see if the waiting time has changed...

        My seven year olds appointment was for 3:15... It's now 4:15 and we've yet to be seen. This is unacceptable.... EDIT: Our next appointment was a completely different experience from start to finish. We were seen within ten minutes of arriving, treated in a half hour and out the door in less than an hour!
