I love Bob Brady Hyundai!! Excellent and efficient service! Kyle was so wonderful that we came back this week for another 2023 Hyundai Elantra! I recommend this dealership for all your car needs.

I went back to Bob Brady Hyundai in Decatur with my wife to look for her a new car. I told her we had to go back to Kyle and of course, due to the service we had buying my car a week prior, I happily said of course. We called and told us to come on in. We got there and he took us right to the car she was interested in and laid out all of the details and facts about the car and ensured hed take care of us if we liked the car. She ended up loving the car, the service Kyle provided, and the minimal hassle from this experience. Thats two for two for us and we both now highly recommend going to this lot and asking for Kyle! Hes the man!

Purchased a New 2022 Palisade and required a due dealer incentive oil change. Was told they would not schedule until mid July voiding the contracted free incentive. Beware of this dealership as they don't honor their sales promises.. Very shocking.

My elderly parents got their tires rotated. I noticed 1 of the locking lugnuts were missing after the service. They are refusing to replace the1 locking lugnut without them buying a new 1. It's 1 missing lugnut, they either didn't tighten it or didn't put it on all together. Hyundai's story is that someone must have been trying to steal their tire after the service. Umm, ok. They stole 1 locking lugnut they didn't have the key for? Refuse to replace 1 lugnut without them.paying for it. DO NOT GO HERE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Some places want to fix issues that dont need fixed, ignore what you are trying to tell them, charge you again when you bring it back to be looked at just a few days later because the issue persists and so on. Meanwhile, its a great challenge to reach or hear back from them. North of $500 and nothing fixed. At least I have my car back. Heres to looking for another place. Putting your customer first used to go a long way. This surely wasnt my experience with the Dodge Service Garage at Bob Brady Decatur.
