        Had carpet and sectional cleaned awhile back. Said it would take a couple hours to dry, carpet took hours and hours. They were scrubbing the steam wand against the carpet even there were no bristles on it, didnt make a ton of sense. Had 0 confidence my carpet was actually clean. Then they had this lemon scent they sprayed on the carpet. Way too strong and didnt feel like it was necessary. Couch seemed to come out fine. One of the guys looked like he was tweaking on something. Wouldnt use them again

We have been in business for 30 years and your satisfaction is our concern And the lemon is just a deodorant for carpet. It's a fresh up that goes away in about a day or two.
