        I've been using this bank for twenty plus years. The customer service has gone so far downhill if there was a flood they'd all drown. For instance, today I've been to two locations, neither of which even acknowledged me in the drive through for over 5 minutes. It's ridiculous that you don't even get looked at while waiting. The one downtown updated it's drive through and the tubes barely work now. ATM is always out of service. Just ridiculous for such an uptight bank it sure is trash
