        I had a pickup order on Friday 2/9. I stopped by while out running errands in hopes of picking it up but it wasnt ready yet. I asked mgmt to have someone locate the item since I was there but they refused. Once I got home my order was ready so I drove back and picked it up no problem. All in all they did their job and fulfilled my order. However, along the way I wouldve appreciated a least an ounce of courtesy and willingness to help in the moment, but was given none.
