If you suddenly develop a medical issue where you cant work then they will still refuse to break the lease and charge the full amount. Also got a late fee one time they didnt tell me about for weeks after paying rent a couple hours late. However, I didnt realize and the late fee accumulated to almost an extra $100. They said they left a paper notice on my door but they never did. My AC broke in august and they took weeks to get to it, then when they said it was fixed finally, it wasnt. Had mold in my apartment coming from the ceiling and they also took 2 weeks to get to that despite multiple emails about my husbands asthma. They refused to do anything about noisy neighbors despite being woken up multiple times in the middle of the night when my husband had work in just a few hours. This apartment is horrible and management will not help you under any circumstances.

Never move here they will over charge you on late fees and make you pay for cable thats not even Wi-Fi even if you already have your own cable and they will never pay you your $200 bonus for having your friends move in the complex they scam people and expect for them to be ok with it and not get upset and they over charge on rent..SMH. I once over paid my rent by five dollars and found out a week later that they gave me a $50 late fee because I paid my rent at 9pm even though the rent payment was made on the date it was scheduled to be paid online your all better off going to Bristol Gardens thats next to Walmart or just find a private landlord thats not low down and dirty like Woodcrest!.. Bristol Gardens two bedroom apartments are the same price as Woodcrest one bedroom apartments
