        For starters Tom responded quick but didnt show up until later in the evening that day. He stared it would be at 7am then he arrived in his dads vehicle and stated he had to go get his truck from impound then he could do the work that he arranged to do. Basically he tried to scam me out of money and not come back to do the job.. if you have a choice pay the extra and have someone else come do your work.
