Wonderful nails, best I've ever gotten. They welcomed me in right away and got started. They are so nice, so efficient, and so fast. Pam was my tech she is wonderful! So is timmy!

I called to get in while staying in town for a couple of days. I was told they take walk-ins, so anytime would work. When I got there, I was seated quickly, which was nice. I noticed the place was a little on the dirty side, and they had a couple of workers sleeping at the pedicure stations. I showed my nail tech the design I wanted, and he said he would try, which I was happy with. They were matte black nails with a flower design on one finger. He was at station 8, and I never did get his name. The entire time, he had the sniffles, and when I asked him how far Chicago was, he laughed and didn't answer. He then proceeded to talk the entire time in his language, which I expected but I know he also said something about me or my nails because the nail tech next to him looked up at me right after. I felt like this was very rude and disrespectful. I'm glad I don't have to ever return here as a customer again!

At first i thought they had done a great job. I went in to get a full set of Gel fake nails on my toes french tip With a design on bug tow & #2 pedicure. It wasnt much of a difference to #1 tbh! On the 2nd day of having the nails one came off like nothing. It didnt even hurt when it fell off thats how poorly they had put them on. I went in to get it fixed 30 mins later they did & for free. But here i am ALMOST a week later. And 2 more came off. That i didnt even noticed until hrs later. very poor quality of nails for how expensive they are! I suggest going to the NAILS NEXT TO WALMART! ! BETTER prices and BETTER PRICES QUALITY !!!
