Tuggle and his staff are very helpful. Tuggle listened and explained everything to me step by step. He answered any questions I had. He helped me win my case. Mr lichtenberger called me back randomly to discuss helping me with a claim.... when I couldn't find a pen I asked if he could email me so that I have his email to send documents. After I couldn't find a pen his response was "oooooh boy" I then said "I'm very sorry to be a bother sir" And his rude response was "you contact an attorney for help but don't even have a pen to take down my information?" This is a very rude individual and he should be removed from your office! I suffer from many mental disabilities and now he's created a new wall for me t try and tear down before trusting attorneys!
