ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE....fair warning....DO NOT purchase items from this site. I ordered item for Christmas gift on 11/6/2021 and here it is 1/02/2022 and still haven't received item. I've contacted them a couple times and only to get "run around". When I asked for refund, they do not respond to it. BUYER BEWARE....Needless to say, I have contacted authorities and they are investigating...again. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

SCAM DONT BUY FROM HERE!! THEY STOLE MY MONEY. NEVER GOT THE PACKAGE. THEY DIDNT NOT SEND ME NO SHIPMENT EMAIL LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD. AFTER CONTACTING THEM THEY TOLD ME IT WAS DELIVERED. I NEVER GOT THE PACKAGE. THEN I TOLD THEM IT MUST HAVE BEEN STOLEN OR LOST. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME A NEW ORDER OR GIVE MY MONEY BACK I SPEANT $50 AND WAS ROLD THEIR NOT GOING TO DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. SCAMERS!!! LYING SCAMERS!!! BEWARE!! NEVER AGAIN!! PS horrible customer service giving you the run around

Only giving them a star b/c I have to select at least 1. I'd give their product a 0 if I could and -100 for their customer service. I ordered a hoodie that said ZIP hoodie, but it came as a pullover hoodie. I went to customer service to send a replacement or refund and they absolutely refused, even though their website says 100% satisfaction. False advertisement, false representation of their items, and don't expect to get anywhere with customer service. Overall garbage! BUYER BEWARE!
