        $125 service call to diagnose a dishwasher problem. It was “it’s either this, or that, or both” diagnosis so we wanted to think about repair vs. replace. Tried to reach them several times to request repair and they do not return calls and only communicate via texts apparently. We moved on to someone who answers the phone.

        First time using an appliance repair technician. RJ was our tech and he was great. He diagnosed the issue with dryer, ordered parts and returned to repair as scheduled. Enjoyed conversating life while he made repairs. Texting platform of all brands was convenient. Overall will use these guys again in the future if I have appliance issues.
