Posted 9/16/2021: "Hired them in September of 2020. Exterior painting was done late November. Unfortunately our shutters had to be special ordered and arrived in Jan. They were in the contract for the painters to paint and install. They finally came and got them in March 2021. And we are still waiting for them to paint them and attach them to the house. We have called over and over again with no return call, unable to leave messages. We finally got a response from the owner in August, and he Said it would be finished by the weekend. And we are still waiting. If that wasn't enough, we also had a roof leak this spring we were told by the roofers was caused from our painters ladder. So not only is our house not finished, we now had an extra $600 bill from the roofing company, and have additional damages to the inside of our house from water damage. I'm not a person to leave bad reviews. But this has been ridiculous." Posted 12/2021 Less than two hours after the above comment was posted. My husband received a less than professional phone call from the owner. My husband expressed that we simply would like our shutters returned. The owner eventually agreed to drop them off. It is now October 27th. We still do not have our property. We simply want our shutters back please Posted 3/20/2021 in response to below comment. The owner of the painting company insisted he would paint and install them when they were received. I wanted the painting and installation of the shutters to be removed from the quote and payment. But the painting owner insisted he would do it in the shutters came. It was a terrible winter / spring. I would never have expected somebody to get up on a ladder in an ice storm or bad weather! The response below has multiple falsehoods. I literally just want my shutters back. I cannot install something that you took and never returned, painted or not. I would love to remove this review, if I had my property returned. Please feel free to do so and this unpleasant exchange can be removed. Service: Exterior painting
