        I went into purchase Magnesium Glycinate and they were out. The employee recommended another type of Magnesium powder called Calm. It was in the sleep aid section, which is what my goal was. I purchased the product and took it per directions on the package. I was up all night with stomach cramps and on the toilet. Took a closer look at the package and saw in the ingredients was Magnesium Citrate... Which is a laxative and not meant to be taken daily!!! I called the store and they are offering a 100% refund, but you may want to be extra careful when purchasing products there. I think mentioning that it was a laxative would have been a good idea. You could also blame the company for product labeling issues. It's not very clear that it's magnesium citrate and they mentioned nothing about it being a laxative.
