        Sue was amazing at Crystal Lake Travel. She recommended Riu Palace Coast Mujeres in Cancun for my moms 80th birthday and it was really wonderful. Swimming with the dolphins and shopping excursion, delicious food and beverages. Cant wait to use Sue again for our next vacation!

        I cannot say enough good things about Crystal Lake Travel! We have been using Sue as our travel agent for 10+ years and she makes planning a trip so easy! We are able to tell her what we are looking for and she finds us the perfect place and is there for every step of the way! We have had little hiccups such as our flights getting cancelled while we are there to come back home due to weather and she instantly was all over the issue and got us through it with ease. I would definitely recommend Sue and Crystal Lake Travel to help plan your perfect trip!

        Marcia scheduled an incredible trip for us to Poland. She took care of everything from start to finish. We went to Warsaw to visit family for a few days, and then took a train to Gdansk and a day trip to Sopot onboard a ferry. It was a wonderful, stress-free experience all around! I highly recommend her for any travel needs as her expertise, experience, and dedication to customer service and creating an incredible experience were evident throughout the entire process. Professional, knowledgeable, and thoughtful are definitely just some of the wonderful words I would use to describe my experience with her. Highly recommend!
