H&R Block

I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. I initially seen they had a 4.6-star review, thinking it was a good place to visit. However, after reading the comments, I dont understand how it became a 4.6 review. When I called a Chinese or Asian a woman was very nonchalant and uncaring. I explained my situation and asked for help, but she simply replied, 'I cant help you, taxes are almost over,' and then hung up. I wish I could give them zero stars; she was incredibly rude."

Rudest front desk employee Ive ever come across. Seems like you all need to teach employees etiquette and manners. Im coming in wanting you all to file my taxes i dont expect an attitude because i asked reception to make me an appointment so that can be done. Making remarks such as well at this point you need an appointment because were so busy and i dont know when that will be. While huffing and rolling her eyes like it was a hard task to make me an appt. When she literally scheduled me the following day comments like that should not be said out loud to customers. Personally i wanted to walk out mid conversation because her tone and aggression but At this point Ill just find another place to file for me. Ive always used H & R block for my taxes but that behavior from staff is unacceptable.

A little expensive for my taste, but they did my taxes when I walked into ask a question, but a lady did my taxes without a Waite, so I didn't complain

I paid $250 to have my taxes done by a professional and the person working with me didnt even ask me all of the questions about my information. I had forgotten about my form from my college, and I had to have my taxes amended due to this. Now Im not going to see a return until likely around JUNE. Ive tried emailing with questions regarding my taxes and this issue and I havent seen any responses. Kind of ridiculous to have spent so much money to have my taxes done by a professional and to have them messed up.
