Posting reviews of the vendors we had for our wedding 7-16-2022 to promote amazing businesses and help future couples be wary of any poor experiences we had. Crown Restrooms out of Woodstock IL .... The one vendor that caused an issue The only thing that went well was on time delivery and pickup of clean units - these are the only positives I could find with our experience. We booked 2 VIP units for our at home wedding (Sat) and were proactive in paying on time and in full via check. After delivery on Thursday, we noticed the units they delivered were different than what is advertised on the website - notably they were much smaller and had no full length mirror which is the reason I booked those units. When our coordinator called she was told the units advertised on the website (still be advertised) were being phased out due to their used condition and the units we received were 'upgraded' and more expensive so we were supposed to feel like we were getting some kind of discount. Although that was not acceptable answer, I wasn't going to spend more time on it while getting things ready. We then noticed one of the unit doors was broken - the rivets were snapped off. Called again and were directed to send photos via text, which we did right away. Followed up with a text and phone call with no response, including the next day. Kept calling Friday to get a response, we finally heard back and were told we had to fix it ourselves and we would hear from Taylor about a full refund. This was acceptable to us and we bought some extra things to deal with no mirrors and the smaller space. Pickup occurred Monday without any issues. We waited until Wednesday to reach out again via phone (left messages) as we still had not heard anything from Taylor about a refund. A full 48 hours went by before I reached out again on Friday, and was told that someone left us a message, which was untrue - believe me, we triple checked to make sure we didn't miss anything. Were told we would have to speak with Greg about the situation. Left a message for him and sent a follow up email to summarize what had happened and ask for a resolution. Greg responded to our outreaches via text message Saturday morning, and seemed to be unaware that nobody had responded. He also didn't know how we paid and seemed to come across as being inconvenienced with delivering a refund that he had initially offered. We did finally receive a cash refund, delivered by a very nice and seemingly nervous guy who's first statement is that he was not with Crown - not sure what he was told but he would not make eye contact and looked like he was afraid of getting his head bitten off until we actually spoke and he relaxed. So our refund finally came through a full 10 days after our event. Overall, the communication was horrendous and after all of our outreaches we never once got a phone call or email, only the text messages from Greg. We lost all trust in them very quickly which is why we requested the cash be handed to one of us directly. I realize this review is long and nobody really cares about the details, but since the review is negative I believe in being transparent. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We rented the prestige 3 trailer for our outdoor backyard wedding in June and they were so great to work with! We had over 200 guests and the prestige was perfect! It was clean and drop off/pick up was so smooth. I would highly recommend Crown Restrooms!

I just love the name purple potty, sounds amazing loll. Its very beautiful. Its shoo beautiful, that actually one of my sister's decided to make this her full-time job. Where do you get the job application

We rented the Prestige 3 Restroom Trailer through AAA Tent Masters and Crown Restrooms for our wedding (guest count right around 150 people). The trailer arrived 2 days prior and it was absolutely immaculate (almost nicer than our bathrooms inside the house!). Our guests loved how they were air conditioned and/or heated depending on the weather, with the ability to warm the water coming out of the facets as well! The owner even drove a lighter truck to drop it off without us prompting him to, knowing it had just rained and the grass was going to be soft. Great service and would highly recommend!!

We rented a air conditioned unit from crown restrooms for our wedding of about 120 people in SE Wisconsin. Crown communicated clearly and effectively, answering any question or request we had through the entire booking process. The restroom showed up clean and on time. No complaints whatsoever - friendly hardworking group of people.
