        Always greeted when walking into CVS on Virginia Street, Crystal Lake. The pharmacy is so friendly and willing to assist with any questions we may have. Today I met Richard, at the front desk. What a help he was. He re-enrolled me in the CVS CarePlus which dropped the cost of my purchase today. We changed insurance this year and could have gone to a closer pharmacy but we have had such great experience at CVS and the staff there cannot be beat!

        This CVS is the cleanest and friendliest Ive ever been to. They helped get my prescription transferred to this cvs. When I picked it up a random employee told me to have a nice evening

        This location seems to have changed management, staff, or their overall view of customer service and professionalism. Extremely rude and undertrained/undereducated. I'm really disappointed in how poor they have gotten.
