Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Absolutely amazing experience this morning. The gentleman greeted me with a huge welcome. Very friendly. I got what I needed immediately he shook the ceiling paint for me. Offered to take it to my car as well. He shook my hand after loading my car and thanked me for my business. Amazing personalized service that you cant get from the big box stores. This was a top notch customer service perfect experience. If there were a training video on how to interact with customers. This would have been it! I didnt catch the employees name but he was working the store at 8:00 am on Friday February 16th.

The young man that assisted me, (Nick) was extremely helpful color matching paint - I arrived at the store 5 minutes before closing and he took at least 20 minutes to make sure the paint was a perfect match.

Came in with a specific problem had a very old neglected house that needed some exterior primer and paint. Staff was able to explain my options asked me a bunch of questions regarding the material I was painting sent me in the right direction and now that everything is complete I couldnt be happier. Very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Excellent experience. The manager went above and beyond to help me get info on painting my composite decking. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me review all options.
