If I could give a hundred stars, I definitely would, Bryan Reed is absolutely amazing. I had a hard time even finding a home and from beginning to end Bryan was there, he answered all my questions big or small, explained everything that was going on step by step. Explained the differences between types of loans and what would suit me best. He stayed patience and kind, for the past year while I tried to find the best house for me. He referred me to an home inspector, a lawyer and insurance brokers, he has a connection for everything. He is just not a Mortgage lender, he is your friend and your biggest Cheerleader. I will never use a different lender. So if you are looking for a lender that is knowledgeable, kind and gets the job, Bryan is your Guy. I also want to shout out Missy, Niedholdt she assisted Bryan on the final process, collecting all documents, and communicating every step of the way. Thank you so Bryan and Missy, You two are amazing and I look forward to working with you again.
