Truly one of the most unprofessional experiences we have had. From constantly dropping the ball, to delaying our closing multiple times it was a nightmare. After telling us we would get a clear to close that day, they call us and tell us they have been lying about part of our file which delayed closing. A member of the team sent my personal information and documents to a wrong email address sharing my SSN and tax documents as a mistake. Nicole was helpful at the end in resolving the process and getting us to closing after it was pushed back 4-5 times.

Nikki and her team are phenomenal! Great turnaround and tremendous responsiveness. Nikki is extremely knowledgeable and can handle the most challenging cases. Although she and her team are extremely busy, they make you feel like you are their top priority. Securing a mortage in general was a very stressful experience due to past circumstances which were out of our control but nonetheless very difficult to deal with. We had worked with a previous lender and ultimatley decided to move on to Cross Country in the hopes that the circumstances mentioned above would not be problematic, but in fact, we experienced the same problems, which apparently were unavoidable. Im not placing blame anywhere Im simply very happy and relieved that it a process we will never have to do again. I will say that eveyone at Cross Country did the very best that they could on our behalf
