Autotrol Corporation

Terrible communication and "customer service." My company relies on a motor this company provides, and no one answers our questions on late orders, on time delivery, or problems with our much needed equipment. We deal with hundreds of vendors, and I would have to say that Autotrol is one of the worst. They do not answer emails or phone calls, so the only way to express our frustrations is to write a terrible review just to warn anyone considering ordering from Autotrol to highly consider a different option

We have been trying to collect $600 for services provided a year ago, no response from anyone at the company. Normally we wouldn't take this public but we are left with no choice.

Worked for the company as assistant to Dave in Production. Very good company and team all the way to the owners. Products were of a very high standard. At times I feel I should of stayed but I was offer a position with another company that I couldn't refuse. You couldn't have a better group of workers. A++.
