Booked for Saturday June 17, 2023 ride from Northern Burbs to United Center and back. Davinder was super quick and responsive when I sent in my quote request and came back with an excellent price so I confirmed. Day of, he texted me about an hour and a half to pick up time to let me know he was on his way. Upon arrival, the SUV was beautiful and Davinder himself looked straight out of GQ. Perfect hair, Ray Bans, crisp white shirt and dark vest: extremely professional and made me feel under dressed Brand new waters were waiting for us in the car which itself was clean as a whistle. My brother is tall so Davinder was very thoughtful in moving the passenger seat up so my brother would be more comfortable. A light piano soundtrack played in the background on the ride there and we got dropped off right in front of the UC with no problems. After the show, Davinder was once again extremely communicative via text to confirm where we should meet for pick up and very patient as I did my best to give directions which I am admittedly very bad with. But we met up and he once again opened the door for us (as he did for pick up) and we were on our way. Ride home was very smooth and quiet which we needed after the loud sports event we went too. Arriving home, doors were opened for us and Davinder was extremely kind bidding us goodbye and we let him know how much we appreciated the service; we would have missed a big event if not for him and Five Rivers. Already recommended the service to two other folks and know I will book again if the need arises. Thank you so much for the awesome experience!
