        Too many children, its scery

        A good place - kids have a blast. I was surprised at entry that play time is normally restricted to 2.5 hours - I sure didn't see that anywhere online when buying tickets. Fortunately, we came on an afternoon that they were giving unlimited time. Which means that our time here is only limited by how long the adult chaperone (me) can stand the noise levels. Bring ear buds!

        My child lost his phone in the foam pit. Employees didn't help him find it and when he looked for it. He also found several old socks with horrific odor. This makes me think that Urban Air doesn't clean its foam pit and is making it unsanitary with large amounts of sweat from children playing in the foam pit. He failed all his exams after the day he lost his phone with all the information that he needed to successfully get a good grade on his exam harshly made his grade drastically fall and cost me to pay $860 for a new phone for him.
