Update: Once again, the service from legacy home services was above and beyond what any other company could do for you. Our technician Jeff Aleman did an superior job in showing and explaining what issues we were having with our furnace. Absolutely zero pressure was given while deciding options. I have been working with Campbells Tempracur heating and cooling about somewhere between eight and 10 years. this morning, JEFF ALEMAN came to my home because of a problem that I was having with my furnace. We ultimately determined that the furnace needed to be replaced. That will be taken care of tomorrow, but I want to speak to the customer service aspect of the experience I had this morning. a gentleman named Jay, who basically is responsible for the nuts and bolts of the organization took my call last night at 9 oclock and treated me with the utmost kindness. I certainly appreciate his help. I appreciate Jeffs help Amanda I know has talked to me on several occasions , and it has been an overall excellent experience. I hope this helps all of you out there make the All of your HVAC needs.
