Fantastic! Best dentist Ive been to. Just switched to Advanced after previous dentist told me I needed all of my fillings replaced. Which I thought didnt sound right and I was right, no need. Ive had a cleaning and 2 repairs. Very comfortable there, gentle and professional. I highly recommend!

Do not go there! They tried to steal us. After giving us a pre estimate of the benefits and out of pocket cost (and after we told them we did not want any surprise expenses), they ended up billing us an extra $200 (that we would not have agreed on if known before). As a sign of good faith we tried to negotiate the bill with them and they agreed on the phone to give us a 20% off discount that they BACKED OUT of a few days later. Very dishonest people and little respect for their customer, the worst of them being the manager Flora.

My family had to find a new dentist. So I found one in our network and gave it a shot. I have noting but good things to say about Advanced Dental Solutions and Dr Norten. Myself and my 3 youngest went in and EVERYONE was nice, friendly and helpful. Girls had to have some additional work done and Dr Norten was fantastic with my nervous Nellie and she said I barely felt it mom! Did have a bit of a billing issue, but the staff was very accommodating and helpful in making payment arrangements. Plan on being life long patients.
