I reached out to this company to provide a balloon arch for our daughters high school graduation. One week prior texting communication with the company to confirm type of arch, color of balloons, location and time. Day of the party no balloon arch was delivered. When contacted I was told no contract was signed nor 1/2 payment received. I was not told about 1/2payment required in the confirmation communication or I would have paid at that time and no contract was emailed to me either. Company should have followed up to confirm contract received. I work with many small businesses and contracts are often not required and deposits are requested immediately to hold the date. The quote was for $125 and my daughters graduation had a large blank wall that greeted all the guests.
