        This place is terrible. Had a pick up at their location at 9am and nobody was there. They aren't even open and won't answer calls. Do not waste your time.

        Terrible. Prior to renting a unit there, I went there on 2 separate occasions during their posted business hours to get prices, etc, and no one was there. Finally got someone and rented (Eric - who came back after a 2 hour leave while I sat in the parking lot and continuously called; he told me had to "run out for a light bulb" Can you BE any more unprofessional? YOU'RE RUNNING A BUSINESS WITH POSTED HOURS!"). Now a few months later trying to to contact them to end my contract and inquire about renting a Uhaul there; been calling for 2 days, from 9 am on and off until 5 pm, and NO ONE answers the phone. This is the most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. UPDATE - finally got a call back. I need to move out at 8 am on the 24th. My "contract" started on the 22nd and that is my renewal date. I was told that if I don't have my belongings out by the 21st, I will be charged an entire another month. So for 2 additional days, I have to pay for 30 days. They refuse to prorate. AGAIN - DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.
