Not familiar with anonymous SH We strongly object to Google's policy which allows anonymous individuals who are not our clients to leave one star reviews and/or comments in retaliation for not agreeing with our pricing or ability to provide service. Google should delete these fraudulent reviews immediately.

We strongly disagree with Google's policy that allows anybody who is not a client to leave a negative review and one star in retaliation for not negotiating on price or method of payment. It is clearly an act of vengeance for not getting their way. Google needs to reverse their policy and delete these fraudulent reviews immediately. Got a call from an anonymous entity requesting price on grass cutting for house and lot on 8/31/20. Responded on the same day and went to see the property which turned out to be an abandoned, uninhabited home with ditches and front, rear and side yards totally overgrown. Spoke with the neighbor who stated that the property was owned by a "slum landlord" who neglected to maintain the house or even cut the grass. Texted the anonymous entity a price which was declined. Instead, the entity suggested a lower price which Bladespinners rejected.This anonymous entity continued to request service without agreeing to the price quoted or confirming that they would pay any money for the requested work. Eventually, Bladespinners informed the unknown entity that we were not interested in their lesser price or in doing the job.
