In a rush Poor management. Manager Should not be running a Location of this magnitude. They lie double charge for absolutely no reason. The down the street one on the corner of Ogden way better.

Small portions, poor quality. This used to be my favorite Chipotle as everytime i went there i got good quality food and it was appropriate portions for the price. The last few times i have been there the quality if the food has dropped and the portions are smaller and smaller. Today i walked out after my carnitas tacos had 2 or 3 small pieces of meat, litterally 2 bites worth, and half of it looked like a glob of fat. Then i make a comment about the lack of meat so she takes one bit size piece and breaks it up between my three tacos. Ok, ill let that go, then i ask for guacamole, she fills the container half full and puts the lid on it. You realize this meal costs like 13-14$? You charge 10$ for tacos as if they are premium and fill them halfway and with junk that should be removed and never make into the line to be ate. Nobody wants a glob of fat in their food. Lastly the guacamole the last few times looks like its made from powder and doesn't taste like it used too. I expect chain food to be consistent otherwise im going to actual mexican restaurants where my 15$ gets me a meal served at a table and enough food to make me full and happy.

Decided to try the new pollo asado, I ordered through the app. Unfortunately they decided to give me a bowl of rice, sour cream, salsa, and lettuce. Literally searching through my bowl for the chicken and the couple chunks I could find were Ice cold. Really disappointed.

Had the new chicken it was pretty good. What was great though was the employee who made it. Walter is a great customer service rep for Chipotle, and he made the bowl the right way. He didnt just throw everything on top like a slob. Thanks for making my lunch AWESOME Walter youre a good dude.
