Country Club Hills Water Department

Start looking at your online statement and payments. It doesnt make sense. Their paper bill is not detailed enough. Water bill is way too high. If the water is free why is the service for water so high. This is the only place I know that has to pay water monthly, every other place Ive stayed is quarterly, and about the price for one month of this city. They also charge late fees twice. I only paid what I owed it was 2 days late. Ive come to find out not only are they charging late fees twice but also billing me twice. I recently made a payment that was not returned to me and they are stating that they did not receive it when I have a confirmation number that they gave me after paying. Third party is whos collecting payment but not reporting to the water company. I am scheduled for shut off for that payment not paying them twice and they better not shut off my water for their mistake.

I've left several emails and calls to public works to get a tree cut down, this has been going on for a few months now. They haven't returned or answered a phone call. The trees roots have made a crack in the house. It's horrible how they treat their residents.

They never answer the phone it's a misprint on the water bill my bill has been extremely high the last few months now I'm trying to call to see how much it is and of course no answer
