We had a pipe freeze and burst flooding our basement. They were the quickest company to be available, this happened around Christmas when the whole area had similar issues. They were professional and thorough explaining the steps in their process and anything that changed or needed extra attention. They were also clean in their work laying tarps anywhere needed.

In late August of this year (2021) our area experienced a stronger than normal rainfall episode in a very short period of time causing the mains to back up and forcing water back into our home, into our finished basement area. We contacted our insurance carrier and they referred us to Rainbow International to help in the damage assessment and mitigation process. I spoke with Kris DeWald's team and within a couple of hours they were at our home and immediately began in the assessment process. The team leader began in evaluating damaged areas/damaged items while waiting for additional crew members to arrive, began the mitigation and damage removal process. He continued working and when his entire team arrived they completed the process (removing flooring, cutting damaged wall areas, moving furniture and cabinets, treating the affected areas with sanitary disinfectants/anti-microbial sprays, placing dehumidifiers and air handlers). All of this work was completed in several hours and according to the time frames promised. The work was performed professionally, by courteous and careful professionals. Throughout the process they communicated exactly what they were going to do and then performed those same tasks exactly as described. One day later they returned to inspect the curing process and three days later they returned to perform a final inspection and remove their equipment. A great company, a great team, a great experience. While we hope to never have this experience again, if necessary I would hire Rainbow International of St. Louis in a heartbeat and would strongly recommend them to anyone who would ask.
