        New to the area.....stopped in to talk to the owner/broker. Not in, secretary said would have her call me, 2 weeks later no call! I bet if I was selling a million dollar home, I'd received a call the evening of the day I stopped in! I'll find another realtor!

        We worked with Sherie Kelly to purchase our first home in November. Timing is everything in this current market, and she was able to ensure viewings as soon as new listings hit the market. She made sure our documents were ready to go so we could submit our offer as soon as possible and she made it a point to make time in her schedule to be there for our inspections so we could negotiate a better price. I would definitely recommend Sherie to anyone interested in purchasing a home. As a person with very little knowledge of real estate, I feel very fortunate to have had someone as knowledgeable and patient as Sherie to guide my partner and me through this process.

        Sherrie Clayton Kelly is one of the worst realtor I have ever seen!!! I would not recommend her to anyone. The whole deal was a huge mess. Jumping through hoops to sell a property. Just so she can get a good Christmas bonus. She work for the school district and is does this part time and what we been through show it. We have sold many properties and never had this big of a problem. If you use her be ready she will do a horrible job.

      Hello Jeff, We apologize that you did not get a call. Unfortunately, neither my business partner nor I received a message to call and that breakdown will be researched, as we pride ourselves on creating a great buying or selling experience for each and every one of our clients, regardless of price point. Out of curiosity, if you had a real estate need I'm wondering why you did not have the agent on site assist you. The Collinsville office typically has several agents on site to assist with client needs.
