        Needed a new cartridge for my tub/shower combo. I was given an open package. When I got home and gave it to the repairman he noticed a spring was missing and it had been taken apart and was apparently used. I had to make another trip and say please give me a NEW one in an UNOPENED package. The sales clerk balked at me and acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. I'll never go back. Cost me double while the repairman was waiting on me to make two trips because they gave me an opened used part!
