Just simply PHENOMENAL!!!! Brian and his team went WAY above and beyond to ensure my kiddos had an above outstanding and exciting playing experience. After we moved cities my kiddos were devastated to leave their play-set behind. Brian and his team walked me patiently through the whole process and pulled off the unimaginable - a play-set set-up that made my kids forget what they left behind and excited about what they now have. The whole team is what right looks like when it comes to the customer experience. When we moved from the St. Louis Metro-East to an hour East, Brian didnt hesitate to make the trip to set us up. I am very grateful that he did this. I look forward to working with him and his team in the near future to continue to build our backyard a play-time oasis. Next upone of their trampolines. Brian and his team are AMAZING from start to finish. We visited the showroom, he was very honest and transparent with our options, and less than 2 weeks later we have a beautiful playset! He has been extremely responsive with texting and calling. Financing was such an easy process. I couldnt recommend this company more if I tried. Update: still a wonderful company and great customer service. However, after 4 months, the stain is coming off on my children and is noticeably coming off the play structure. The owner was very responsive but said that its normal wear and tear which is fine, but I expected this to last longer than the summer. The structure is in the shade and was not wet when the stain came off.

We recently purchased the parot island play center with the wooden roof and had it installed, Brian gave us a1 service every step of the way called or texted any time with a question and he had an answer. Thanks Brian the family loves the swing set.
