Burgers and shakes are excellent. Asking me for a tip when I'm at a self service kiosk is a little bold considering I place the order, retrieve the food when my name is called, and clean up when I'm done. Feel like I should get the tip! The place wasn't very clean but it's not going to stop my tradition of getting a burger and shake when I go to an event in St Louis.

Burger was over done and a bit dry. Everything else was okay! Not the best but not the worst! The location in general was pretty clean.

Out of town on a road trip with a group. Thought this would be a good place to stop at. This place is nothing like the one we have back home where you are seated by a worker, get your order and drinks taken by the server as well as getting your food delivered by your server. If you are used to this kind of service, be prepared for a rude awakening if you decide to dine in. 1. KIOSK Asks for tip when its self serve, self clean up after yourself. ( I will gladly smash the NO TIP button. If anything, the customer deserves the tip for having to do it all except cook the food Its like if McDonalds asked you for a tip. ) 2. Black curly hair found inside cheeseburger. Yum. 3. High chair was absolutely disgusting and filthy. I had to wipe it down myself. 4. Workers call out your name when the food is ready. YOU, the customer, have to get UP and get your food after the kiosk asked you for a tip. As well as throwing away your trash once youre done. What exactly is the reasoning behind leaving a tip? 5. As others have mentioned, you have to scan your receipt to be able to dispense your own drink. How ghetto and lazy is that. 6. 2 young female children in the lobby lingering and walking around. Im assuming they are related to an employee at the restaurant. Unprofessional look for the restaurant. 7. Womens bathroom was filthy. As well as tables looked like they hadnt been wiped down or the floors swept. We were the only ones there in the afternoon so it was not like they were too busy to clean. 8. Front door had a lockbox. Not a good look when you want to make a first impression. 0/10 Would not recommend and would not go back.
