        They were fast ,respectful, and very helpful. They explained all my options, and then were able to get me a loan that would fit my budget and needs. I would recommend anyone looking at loans to not agree to anything until they checked to see what OneMain Financial could do for them.

        today I applied for a small loan with this place. I have an existing loan with them. Online they said I was approved for $2500 but they needed me to drive an hour to collinsville Illinois to see my collateral vehicle. I took off work early to make that drive, printed all the proof of income, got the title ready and everything. When I got out there, the lady at the desk said they didnt do their due diligence in seeing that I had an existing loan, despite the fact that their app explicitly has you apply for a separate loan and therefore they should know that. So I wasted two hours or more of my time on false pretenses and they would not honor their offer because my account was too new. This is something they could have told me with a phone call or just had their app reject instead of approve the application. I would say avoid this place, disreputable and unprofessional.
