Wow! This is how business should be routinely conducted and so seldomly is. John and his crew provide outstanding, "old-fashioned" service. John communicates clearly, makes sure there is a mutually agreed upon plan and that both parties thoroughly understand when and what will happen. He follows through on his word and the crew's work is outstanding. He asked for payment after completion, when I decided everything was done to my liking, and not one minute before. I feel confident his word is his bond and that means everything. A world of difference from my prior lawn service. No hesitation in recommending B Lawn Services & Handyman.
