The noise at night was constant until 12:30am. Doors slamming, people yelling & children running in the hall screaming. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Their deodorizer is enough to choke a horse. I am allergic to fragrance & found it hard to breath. I give this hotel a 0 rating. My syay was april 9 - 10 2024

We are currently staying here.
The staff have been nice-the two ladies when we checked in.
However, the staff this evening/night: loud vacuuming at 8:30 pm (sorry but my kids go to bed at a decent time), the staffs kids YELLING AND SCREAMING down the hall, one kid knocked on our door, the people above us sound like they are about to fall through, the breakfast this morning-very slim pickings & the pancake machine didnt work, we didnt have water our first night for bit, fridge doesnt keep anything cold (yes its turned down), the gym equipment is displeasing.
Very disappointed in how its been ran tonight. Its disrespectful to the ones here trying to get kids asleep. If the review would attach videos, Id post the video of the upstairs sounding like they are about to fall through.

This is a nice place. The rooms were nice although the smoke alarm went off all night. People very friendly at the desk and the breakfast was great
